What is Auto Body Repair?
It is a comprehensive process to repair and restore your vehicle to its original condition. This involves things like matching the original paint to the damaged areas, reshaping and/or countouring the damaged parts to conform to the rest of the car, bending the car's frame to its original alignment, restoring all original electrical, electronics and mechanical functions of the vehicle, and restoring all the safety features of the vehicle to its original standard.
Should I Take My Car to the Place My Insurance Company Provides?
No. You have the right to choose the repair shop that best suits you. Your insurance company cannot direct where your car is to be repaired and you are ultimately responsible for the shop that is chosen.
Do I Need More than One Estimate to Show My Insurance?
1) No. Your insurance company cannot require you to obtain more than one estimate.
2) We accept insurance claims.
Do I Need to make an Appointment Before bringing in My Car?
No. Just bring your car in and we will give you an estimate right then and there. From this point we will work with your schedule to make the experience as convenient for you as possible. If your car needs to be towed in or you have to leave the car with us that day we can help you rent a car to get you back on schedule.
